Skill Set 1 Diversion
Hex Spell. For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a skill, that skill takes an additional 10..47 seconds to recharge.
2 Shame
Hex Spell. For 6 seconds, the next time target foe casts a spell that targets an ally, the spell fails and you steal 5..12 Energy from that foe and Shame ends.
3 Blackout
Skill. For 2..5 seconds, all of touched target foe's skills are disabled, and all of your skills are disabled for 5 seconds.
4 Mantra of Recovery
Elite Stance. For 5..17 seconds, Spells you cast recharge 50% faster.
5 Drain Enchantment
Spell. Remove an Enchantment from target foe. If an Enchantment is removed, you gain 15..25 Energy.
6 Ether Feast
Spell. Target foe loses 3 Energy. You are healed 17..41 for each point of Energy lost.
7 Energy Burn
Spell. Target foe loses 3..7 Energy and takes 10 damage for each point of Energy lost.
8 Resurrection Chant
Spell. Resurrect target party member with up to your current health and 5..29% Energy. This spell has half the normal range.

Instruction not sure how much you can get into inspiration might be more around 7 or 6. basically you will have 1 monk to shut down. use either shame diversion or blackout to shut him down for a little while, MoR will keep your skills recharging so the monk will constantly have one of those on them, drian enchant for energy. and a hard res for party members(probably only needed in HoH and possibly gvg)
