If you see this view, you have just missed the turn, so go back 50m or so and look for a trail sign.

Kevin is paying the price of failing to stay on official trail.

Once we get up the high, it became flat but I got already tired dealing snow. It is rare to get tired before arriving summit. This is no good.

PAGE 5: HIDE PAGE 5SHOW/HIDE PIC 1

Weather changed suddenly. Strong wind making blizzard and I was losing Kevin.

PAGE 6: HIDE PAGE 6SHOW/HIDE PIC 1

After 20 min, the blizzard disappeared. SE summit and mountain on the left is Mount McGillvray.

Because we missed the turn we added extra few km to our trip. Finally there is the true summit.

I was so tired at this point. Walking on snow is so much harder.

Everything is chewed up except a leg and hair.

Still in Pigeon Mountain, but this part of mountain looks like Grizzly Peak.

Not far from the remaining of the dead animal we saw cougar's footprint.
