After spending 2 days in Gorzow, we headed out to Poznan to watch ballet. Poznan is a bigger city than Gorzow and there were more things to visit but we were there only for ballet. I wish I could spend more time in Poznan

The Old Market. There were a lot of peeps and a lot of bars here. One thing that I really remember about Poznan is a very very pretty waitress. Her name was Mika, my second favourite name. She was wearing shirt with 3 buttons in front, but all 3 buttons were unbuttoned. When she was taking our order, she used the table which was about 3 feet tall. So she was bending quite a bit, yet she was facing me. I was thinking, humm this cannot be real, this pretty women with pretty name showing her boobs as much as her bra allowed. Big tips? You have to pay for service right?
This is Tower Hall in the Old Market.
Inside the Tower Hall. Something about people who lived hundreds years ago, no matter Polish, Japanese, or whoever, their craft work is nothing like modern carpenters can handle.
I didn't see any Asians in Gorzow. Here in Poznan I only saw 3 of them. I guess Asians are very very rare in Poland. Can you guess how I felt that these pretty polish girls staring at me all the time? I felt goooooooood. Not like being in North America where pretty much I am ignored.
My ice cream!!
Miedzyrzecz. Never mind how to pronounce it. This is a small town with happy kids and tons and tons of strawberries.
Castle of Miedzyrzeczu only 5 min away from Beata's house where we stayed for few days.
My favourite picture from Polska trip. Beata and her happy daughter Zosia. Beata told me that most important thing for her is happiness. Some reason I feel a lot of happiness from this picture. Szczescie
I personally think medieval fashion is cool, especially women's clothes are pretty.
They were supposed to have some kind of show at the castle but it got cancelled. That was very disappointing cuz I was looking forward to that.
Religion is still a big part of Polish people's life. This day was a special religious holiday and all the town folks you see here were walking toward a church except the lady on the right who's facing my camera. She's walking away. Shame on you!. Well this is something you will never see in North America.
I believe this is the Gothic Parish Church of St John, built in the 15th century.
I love Zosia. Zosia and her neighbour's kid dragged me everywhere. I played with sand, hide & seek, etc. I even read a English book for Zosia which took no time for her to get bored. These 2 kids had the happiest smile I've ever seen. I wasn't much of a I want kids person but after seeing Zosia, I want a kid. Zosia... hehehe
Ratusz w Miedzyrzeczu. I believe this is the name of this building.
Goodbye to Miedzyrecz for now and Hello to Tychy. Beata family took us to Tyskie beer factory.
According to Trace, this factory smelled like dead bodies. Who's dead in there?
I believe we should have not visited Tyskie factory because after this visit, Stella kept drinking Tyskie after every 50 steps.
After the tour is over, I got free beer and a certification. Does that mean Tyskie will hire me and I can stay in Poland? Sweet!!
We found a message book. Even though that half of pages were signed by past visitors, the first page was blank. And guess what Trace who is non-drinker wrote in the first page.
