Mount Amery turned out to be very memorable trip. I will not forget the painful river crossing and a long bushwhacking.

Bow Glacier Falls

I only had a half day but I made full use of it. This short trail to Bow Glacier Falls in Icefields Parkway, I thought it's nice one for a short hike.

Bow Hut

For 2012 May long weekend, we headed out to Bow Hut to do some peak bagging in Wapta Icefield with snowshoes.

Dolomite Peak Circuit

Back to Bow Lake area for another ski touring. I had high hope of fantastic views from Dolomite Peak Circuit, instead I got lots of white.

Hector South

Back to Hector but this time it's Hector South at GR521118. This peak offers crazy awesome view of Mount Hector.

Little Hector

This trip was supposed to be 2 peak day but with my lack of research, I only got to Little Hector.

Mount Hector

I skipped Little Hector and went for Mount Hector ski ascent with CSMC. Over 3300 m is my first time since Mount Ball in last summer.

Molar Pass South

Being sick for a week, I couldn't afford to do anything serious, still I managed to go to Icefields and enjoyed snowshoeing at Molar Pass.

Mount Noyes

Some reason, I normally climb peaks along Icefield Parkway in winter, but not this time. Noyes is not so often climbed, but well worth it.

Observation Peak

I must love Bow Lake so much, I came back again. Early start for early season ascent of Observation Peak.

Ski at Crowfoot Mountain

Plan A was not doable. Plan B was rejeced. We only had Plan C which was YOYO SKIINIG… I hate it I hate it I hate it!!

Ski at Pulpit Peak

The first yoyo skiing of the season at an outlier of Pulpit Peak. It was nice powder and had fun. After all yoyo maybe isn't as bad as I think.

Mount Weed

Since I ever heard of Mount Weed, it was a mystery to me why is this mountain called "Weed".

Shameful shameful, I couldn't reach the summit of Mount Willingdon. Oh well least it's a pretty place to go visit.
